Ocean Hill - Adults Only Hotel - Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria)

The infinity pool was beautiful and the ice coffee at the bar was a winner! The evening meals were often lukewarm and the lack of entertainment in the evenings was a letdown.

Had a brand-new standard apartment, which allowed us to enjoy EXCEPTIONAL view of the sea.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Everything was modern, beautiful location just off local beaches, and numerous restaurants indian, chinese, steak, mexican pizza plus many more, exceptionally friendly staff. We were offered amazing breakfast options with chips and a lovely pizza, as for instance...

The restaurant staff were cute, making us feel at home with their friendly demeanor.

The hotel's location on a steep hill necessitated frequent taxi rides to reach the center.

Our stay was such wonderful, really enjoyed marvellous breakfasts.

The room was brand-new and the view of the sea was exceptional!

Big hype, little substance

While the cleanliness and friendly staff are noteworthy, the nighttime ambiance falls short. Lacking in evening entertainment leaves a sense of tranquility that can border on monotony, especially for those seeking sociable surroundings. Dining options were varied, but the overall allure didn't quite meet my expectations.

Location could be better as it's a bit far from local shops and the beach!!! Air conditioning isn't efficient for the bedroom, only cooling the living area!!! An electric socket near the mirror for styling appliances would be helpful!!!

Couple suitable for relaxation

The staff were stellar, and Lucy really helped me with that knee injury. The bag of ice was a lifesaver!

It wasn't cheap, but the overall experience made it worth it.

We loved the friendly staff who surprised us with Prosecco on my birthday, and the poolside bar served delicious snacks at great prices, enhancing our relaxing experience.

This hotel offers an exceptional sea view, beautifully maintained and modern rooms, very comfy beds, and a lovely bathroom.

Absolutely super clean with lovely staff. The breakfast choices were amazing. Enjoyed the poolside snacks and the ease of arranging tours. Perfect sunny spots on the terrace for relaxation.

The steep hill back from the beach is quite the trek. A shuttle service would have made things easier.

Reaching the hotel proves quite the trek, located at the summit of a steep hill, which can be a hassle when returning after a day out. The air conditioning setup isn't ideal. It only cools the living area, leaving the bedroom sweltering at night. The sun loungers around the pool could use an upgrade as some are rather worn and sport an unfortunate layer of grime. The noise from the kids' play area nearby can intrude on the intended tranquility of an adults-only retreat.

The Standard Apartment was really nice! Clean and spacious with comfy beds. We had a great pool view from our room which was awesome. They provided plenty of fresh towels almost every day. Balcony was huge with sunbeds, perfect for chilling out. The room was equipped with everything we needed, like a kettle and toaster. Only thing missing was a bit more storage space for clothes. A pleasant stay!

The hotel is modern and well-maintained. the staff is very attentive and made a good impression. the room is well-equipped with a sofa bed, electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers. the view of the sea is amazing.

The rooms here are very clean and convenient, featuring a microwave, a beautiful veranda, and a spacious balcony; the staff is attentive, excellent.
